I replay Katawa Shoujo every October. I just finished Lilly's route.
For the rest of the month, I find myself revisiting the medium and playing and learning about a tonne of weird VNs.

Right now am playing: The first Galaxy Angel game.
I am a multitasker when it comes to VNs, unless I really lock into something I like.
So I'm also "currently playing":

Higurashi (I am on chapter two/the second game)
Please don't upset me by spoiling any of these^
I have played in the past, a little while ago now (no particular order):
DDLC, because that's how all zilennials got into VNs.

Kanon, my first Key novel.

Air, I quite like the idea of going through a studio's works in publication order, to experience the history of the studio developing their capabilities and adapting their style over the years. This one was my have on auto till I fell asleep to the cosy energy game.

The demo of Wholesome Monster Girl Academia which I loved at first ironically but then completely unironically and I hope the creators finish development xx

Left On Read, which I don't have strong memories of. I remember it used platformer mechanics to navigate the text boxes, which was pretty unique, and complemented the story well. But it hasn't left a lasting impact on me, or anything.

Apparently, 27 minutes of I Love You, Colonel Sanders!, which is a horror game for people who hate KFC (this fast food chain made me feel sick and shit myself and I'm not going back).
I'll update this list as time goes on. I only got into VNs very late in life (maybe a few years ago), so the list rn is miniscule. But one of my goals is to get as many historically important and influencial VNs under my belt as I can.
My list of VNs that are next in my reading pile:

I really want to play the new ToHeart remake (but I'm waiting for another Steam Sale).
